Commercial Applicator Recertification Schedules
In-Person Recertification Training
We have resumed in-person recertification training but advise that the schedule may change at any time as COVID-19 guidelines for meetings evolve. Preregistration for recertification training is required because class size is limited at all locations to meet physical distancing guidelines. If you preregister for an event we have to cancel, we will notify you and help you reserve a seat in a later class or find alternative means to recertify.
Recertification training begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. The cost of the training is $75, and preregistration is required. Complete a registration form online to reserve a seat in a class. If mailing a payment, include a printed copy of the completed registration form and make checks payable to MSU Extension.
Please contact the Mississippi Pesticide Safety Education Program ([email protected] | telephone (662) 325-5829 or (662) 325-0795) if you have questions or need further instructions. If you have specific questions regarding the status of your license or certification, contact the Bureau of Plant Industry at (662) 325-3390.
Certification Testing
Exams for individuals seeking first-time certification will be given at all locations according to the schedule below (training is only for applicators who need to be recertified). Testing sessions begin at 9:00 a.m., preregistration is not necessary, and there is no cost to test.
