First Steps to Financial Well-Being

This program provides financial education, helping participants improve their financial well-being.

Target Audience(s):

Individuals and families ready to improve their financial outlook

Objectives:

Participants will:

  • Learn the basics of goal setting, saving, spending, debt management, credit building, and consumer protection,
  • Become more conscious of their relationship with money and adopt more positive self-talk around money behaviors,
  • Meet at least one saving goal and one spending goal, and
  • Increase their score on the Financial Capability Scale.

Total Number of Modules or Sessions: 8

Total Number of Hours for Program Delivery: 8

  • One-on-One Intervention
